3. Software Licensing
3.1 Refund Eligibility
We offer a refund for our software licenses under the following conditions:
- The refund request is made within 14 days of purchase
- You have not extensively used the software (defined as usage beyond the typical testing or evaluation period)
- The reason for the refund is due to a significant defect in the software that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe
3.2 Ineligible for Refund
Software licenses are not eligible for a refund if:
- The refund request is made more than 14 days after purchase
- The software has been extensively used
- The issue is due to incompatibility with your system that was clearly stated in our system requirements
- You have violated our Terms and Conditions
4. Consulting and Implementation Services
4.1 Cancellation Before Service Commencement
If you need to cancel consulting or implementation services before they begin:
- Cancellations made 7 or more business days before the scheduled start date will receive a full refund
- Cancellations made 3-6 business days before the scheduled start date will incur a 25% cancellation fee
- Cancellations made 1-2 business days before the scheduled start date will incur a 50% cancellation fee
- Cancellations made on the day of service will not be refunded
4.2 Cancellation After Service Commencement
Once consulting or implementation services have begun:
- Services are non-refundable for the portion of work that has been completed
- If services are charged on an hourly or daily basis, you will be billed for the time spent up to the point of cancellation
- If services are provided on a project basis, a pro-rated amount will be calculated based on the percentage of the project completed
4.3 Service Quality Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the quality of our consulting or implementation services, please notify us in writing within 5 business days of service delivery. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns and, if necessary, re-perform the services. If we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.
5. Training Programs
5.1 Online Training Courses
For pre-recorded online training courses:
- Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course content has been accessed
- No refunds will be issued after 7 days of purchase or if more than 20% of the course content has been accessed
5.2 Live Training Sessions
For scheduled live training sessions:
- Cancellations made 14 or more days before the training date will receive a full refund
- Cancellations made 7-13 days before the training date will incur a 25% cancellation fee
- Cancellations made 1-6 days before the training date will incur a 50% cancellation fee
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations on the day of training or for no-shows
5.3 Rescheduling
You may reschedule a live training session once without penalty if the request is made at least 7 days before the scheduled date. Additional rescheduling requests or requests made less than 7 days before the scheduled date may incur a rescheduling fee.
6. Support Packages
6.1 Monthly or Annual Subscriptions
For ongoing support subscriptions:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Monthly subscriptions will not be refunded for the current month in progress
- Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a pro-rated basis for the unused months, less a 10% administrative fee
6.2 Pre-paid Support Hours
For pre-paid support hour packages:
- Unused support hours are non-refundable
- Support hours are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified

7.1 How to Request a Refund

- Date of purchase
- Service purchased
- Reason for the refund request

7.2 Refund Processing Time
